Tejumola Adegoke, MD, MPH
Tejumola Adegoke is a generalist obstetrician and gynecologist practicing in the Boston area. She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 2009. She received her Master’s in Public Health in 2013 from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her medical degree from Rutgers – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2014. Dr. Adegoke completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center and joined the faculty in 2018. Her research focuses on engaging with affected communities to design solutions to the maternal health crisis, particularly the disproportionate burden for poor outcomes borne by Black pregnant people, mothers and babies. She represents the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) on the MA state commission to address maternal health disparities.
