Laura Garrison

Laura Garrison is currently the Vice President for Development at WXXI and The Little Theatre.  She came to WXXI in 1999 after nine years at Compeer as Development Coordinator.  Prior to Compeer, Laura worked for fifteen years at the B. Forman Co.  She has been an active volunteer in the community sharing her skills with the Irondequoit Public Library, the RPO, CASA, The George Eastman Museum and PFLAG National. She is a native of Downers Grove, Illinois and a graduate of the George Washington University, where she received her B.A. in International Affairs in 1975.  She resides in Irondequoit, NY with her husband, Bill, one cat and two dogs. She loves to garden, travel and play with her two grandchildren.
